Description (partial)

Jabber Voice for Android 9.1.5 does not connect over WiFi with "Use non-corporate network" unchecked even if Call Manager BOT device has "Preset Wi-fi Networks" set to correct SSID.

If the BOT device setting in call manager set to  - testSSID the Jabber Voice for Android code get the SSID as "testSSID" (note the extra double quote encompassing). When checking for SSID match this difference makes the trusted SSID check fail

This is not seeing on Android OS 4.1.2 but seen on Android OS 4.3
