Cisco Bug: CSCuq17731 - Discovery Job is getting scheduled even if scheduled to an earlier date

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Created a profile for vCenter on the Manage Credentials page and scheduled to a date of year 2011 as starting date and clicked on schedule. Even though error message appeared but that job was scheduled to a random date of year 2114.

Conditions:
Environment:
Mozilla FF (ESR): 24.6.0 
 
Steps to reproduce:
1.	Login to CPC Assurance
2.	Navigate to Operate-> Device Work Center
3.	Click on the Manage Credentials button and create a profile for vCenter.
4.	Provide all the mandatory credentials and click on next button
5.	On the next page, provide the mandatory credentials and under schedule choose start time/ date as of year 2011 and end time/date as 2012 and click on schedule button.
6.	Even though error message appeared at the bottom of the page, just after that message comes like discovery job has been scheduled and while checking that schedule, random date/time was seen as set for that scheduled job
