Description (partial)

Symptom:
Phone Services not connecting in Sony Xperia Android Device.

It is working fine in Samsung S4 Devices. It seems like issue in Xperia Device.

Conditions:
Steps :
-> Create BOT Devices for Jabber for Android in Unified CM
-> Assign end users for BOT Device and enable IM&Presence and phone services.
-> Login into J4Android in Xperia Device by using configured user.
-> Login using Advanced Settings either Unified CM&Presence or Phone Serivces.
-> Jabber logged in successfully.
-> Check the Accounts page
-> Instant Messaging Service connected successfully.
-> But Phone Services not connecting at all.

Environment :

CUCM : 10.5.1.10000-7
IM&Presence: 10.5.1.10000-9
Jabber for Android : 10.5.0.186646
Mobile : Sony Xperia Z1 C6902
