Description (partial)

Symptom:
phone will run into internal error with special log server while upgrade

Conditions:
Steps:
1. provision "Remote Log" enable
2. provision log server to  "10.74.63.66:4701@@base=7;pfs=0"
3. set new load which is different from active and inactive load on phone.
4. save->apply config.
---Error: phone will run into internal error and this information will be displayed on CUCM.
