Description (partial)

Symptom:
After a mobile agent signs in to Finesse, incorrect mobile agent information appears on the desktop or calls are not routed to the agent phone.

Conditions:
Two mobile agent sessions exist with the same agent ID and extension but with different dial numbers or modes.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
