Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customers will see messages being processed and entries similar to this in their antispam_logs:

Warning: case antispam - engine (57337) : [MID 123456789] webint: Timed out trying to receive from WBRS socket at Mail/case-daemon/Plugin/WebInt.pm line 1130, <GEN88> line 188. 
Warning: case antispam - engine (57337) : [MID 123456789] webint: request id [57337.1403716704] failed at Mail/case-daemon/Plugin/WebInt.pm line 1083, <GEN88> line 188.

Conditions:
- Running version 8.5.6-063 or upgrading from 8.5.6-106 to 9.0.0-500.
- URL Filtering is enabled.

This can be a symptom of excessive network delays and increased DNS lookup times. use 'websecuritydiagnostics' command to see what the current response time and DNS lookup times look like.
