May 11, 2018
- Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers
Known Affected Releases
4.3.1.ROUT 4.3.2.ROUT 4.3.4.ROUT 5.1.1.ROUT 5.1.2.ROUT 5.2.0.ROUT
Symptom: 2 symptoms have been identified: a) **nVSatellite VRF is included in MPLS-L3PVPN-STD-MIB regardless the usage of the nV Satellite Feature. This VRF construct can confuse NMS's, e.g. HPOV classifies a router with only this **nV Satellite VRF as full LER router and starts additional SNMP polling. b) Loop in mplsL3VpnVrfRteInetCidrIfIndex / 126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.1.7 when **nVSatellite VRF is populated, e.g. a Satellite has been discovered. Conditions: Polling MPLS-L3PVPN-STD-MIB.
