Description (partial)
Symptom: Details: If you load the Mod End User sheet and you set the Primary Extension value to a valid value then the User is updated correctly and Primary Extension value is saved. If you then load the sheet again but you set the Primary Extension to a blank value then the transaction fails. If the Primary Extension is set blank then the value should not be modified, this will avoid overwrite problems, to set the value back to None then 'None' should be used in the Bulk Load sheet.
