Description (partial)
Symptom: Cisco Anyconnect NAM on Windows 8.1 (and presumably Windows 10) with Hyper-V installed on it does not detect any netword cards if Hyper-V is set to use those NICS. If we remove the NIC from being used in Hyper-V, it allows NAM to see the NIC again. The Anyconnect DART logs will show mist of the drivers in the network stack disabled when Hyper-V is set to use the NIC's. Conditions: Hyper-V installed on Windows 8.1 (and presumably Windows 10)
