Description (partial)

Symptom:
Incoming telnet/ICMP/tftp traffic dropped on L3 interface for example gi1/1 after port-channel which not related to gi1/1 was configured and in up state.

Conditions:
Sup2T. 15.x.
Gi1/1 was configured as switchport with access vlan and SVI for this vlan. After it SVI was removed and gi1/1 was configured as L3 port with ip from svi.
After po1 was configured and up control traffic on gi1/1 was lost. Except ARP.
