Description (partial)

Symptom:
Four instances of the crashes were seen during plain system test longevity. Assertion was seen in function sessmgr_ggsn_fill_update_req_trans_info()

Conditions:
(1) Call originates in S4-SGSN to PGW
(2) MBCommand is initiated after delay of 120 seconds with qos-profile qos1.
(3) This MBCommand failure happens.
(4) Again MBCommand is retried and fails again.
(5) Call is handed over SGSN - GnGp HO after 120 seconds.
(6) Call is handed over back to S4-SGSN after 120 seconds.
(6) New emergency PDN is established after 120 seconds.
(7) Emergency PDN is deleted after 120 seconds.
(8) MBCommand is initiated after 120 seconds with qos-profile qos2 and fails again.
(9) After 120 seconds, GnGp HO happens to Gn-SGSN.
(10) After 120 seconds, GnGp HO happens to S4-SGSN.
(11) MBCommand is initiated after delay of 120 seconds to qos-profile qos3, which fails.
(12) Repeat from step (2).
