Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating a new SFTP job in the Java client you get Authentication Type Required when clicking ok to save job.  The error is received for both Authentication Type of User/Password or Private Key file.  However if you go to the Web Client you are able to create the SFTP job using the same steps.

Trying to create new SFTP job from Scratch
