Symptom:
License info not displayed under the page. It would be good if the license info is it is a licensed or evaluation version. And it there is no space provided between CSM and its version

Steps to repro:
1.	Install the CSM 4.7 
2.	Launch the CSM 4.7 from Internet Explorer 10 by providing the URL of CSM Server { https://xx.xx.xx.xx}.
3.	Click on About CSM Server.
4.	The About CSM Server doesn't provide any information abt License Package whether it is Fully Licensed or Evaluation Version.
5.	Also in Bundle There should be the Space between CSM and 4.7.0

Conditions:
CSM server build: CSM 4.7(cyprus-QA07-csm-BL1-16027)
OS: Japanese Win Server 2012 Edition & English Win Server 2012 Edition
Browser: IE 10 and FF 30.0
