Symptom:
BGP crash when repeated configuring and unconfiguring of Dynamic Routeleak knobs.

import from default-vrf route-policy <>

vrf <vrf>
address-family <ipv4> <unicast>
no import from default-vrf route-policy <>

Conditions:
Doing the import from default-vrf and no import from default-vrf repeatedly for several iterations.
