Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following log message in the N1KV shows us that a client is attempting to login to the VSM via SSH. However it is hard to identify who the client is, with the current logging.

Request to add the client IP address to the above log message.

Conditions:
This affects VSM version 2.(2.2) and can occur anytime a client tries to login.
