Symptoms: 
Cisco Webex does not properly invalidate and replace session token cookies upon permission changes to the user.

This creates a permission fixation issue and could cause the user to have more or less privileges than they should.

Conditions: 
A user has previously accessed WebEx and has since had permissions changed by an administrator.
