Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users with customer privileges can give themselves Customer Support Representatives (CSR) privileges in Support Center invitations.
An exploit could allow the attacker to view sensitive information about the customers participating in the session and chat with full CSR 
privileges.

Conditions:
Device configured with default configuration.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
