Description (partial)

Symptom:
When NAT overload over loopback interface configured, address translation will be happening regardless on administrative state of loopback interface.

Conditions:
You should have NAT overload configured in next way: 

ip nat inside source list ABC interface loopbackX overload

interface loopbackX
  shutdown
  no ip redirects
  ip address a.b.c.d/32

Although loopback interface disabled, chassis will be translating inside local addresses into a.b.c.d
