Description (partial)

When NAT overload over loopback interface configured, address translation will be happening regardless on administrative state of loopback interface.

You should have NAT overload configured in next way:

ip nat inside source list ABC interface loopbackX overload

interface loopbackX
  no ip redirects
  ip address a.b.c.d/32

Although loopback interface disabled, chassis will be translating inside local addresses into a.b.c.d
