Cisco Bug: CSCuq11406 - Potential memory leak in the GEA
Jul 31, 2018
- Cisco Carrier Routing System
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Memory leak in the icpe_satfabmgr, icpe_nvsat_ea or ifo_ea processes when using the nV Satellite Ethernet feature, indicated by increased memory utilization. Conditions: Deletion of nV Satellite Ethernet configuration. i.e. Memory is not leaked in the steady state but a small amount of memory is not cleaned up completely when the configuration is removed. Therefore, if configuration is continually removed and then re-added the leak will grow particularly with high scale configuration. Only software image 5.2.1 is affected.
