Description (partial)

1) OSPF neighbors will not have routes in their OSPF database redistributed in by the affected router.

2) On the affected Router, we will have the affected routes on our database but with an age timer above the max value (3600)

3) The OSPF process will have a Dead Thread

Lwm API usage in timer wheel is in correct as it cannot take care of spurious message and pulse which can be received during some system activity.
All the LWM path are created with (_FTYPE_ANY flag) which means it can received spurious message and pulse during system acrivity such as df' or 'mount' / df' or 'unmount' command
