Description (partial)

Symptom:
IPv6 AP Flappng

Conditions:
When there are more that 1300 IPv6 AP on the same subnet/vlan, on a single catalyst 6k, the NDP messages sent from the APs causes high NDP traffic on Catalyst 6k and cause table to get full. Once table is full the Catalyst flush its table cause all APs to drop to resend NS messages.
