Symptom: When using two-byte characters with Finesse for call context (which includes wrap up data, call variables 1-10, as well as ECC variables), the UTF handling can produce unpredictable results. Conditions: Example would be adding extended ASCII character to Wrap-up data field. "Service à la clientele" where the à (ASCII 133) will not appear as the same character in the results.
