Description (partial)

Symptom:
The administrator enables "End-User Mis-classification Reporting:" for the end-user to be able to report miss categorize URL's. Even though this feature is enabled, the "Feedback" logs do not contain any information when users click the "report misclassification" button.

Conditions:
Enabling (checking) "End-User Misclassification Reporting:" on the "Edit End-User Notification" page
