Description (partial)

Symptom:
The following logs are seen: %C4K_SUPERVISOR-2-SOFTERROR: memory inconsistency detected: 0x0003

Conditions:
It is due to a single bit error which is self correctable but throws a continuous log message hourly.  The problem occurs on 4500 K10 (Sup7E/Sup8E/4500X)
