Known Affected Releases
Symptom: System time format is incorrect Conditions: 1. Configuration > System Configuration > Time. 2. Change the Date Format. 3. Save. 4. Go to Configuration > System Status > Time. 5. Time is displayed consistently as YY-MM-DD format not matter what you change it to.
