Symptom: Unable to delete Enrolled Group Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Advanced features - Intercompany media services - 1.Enrolled group - create a profile . 2.Enrolled pattern - create a profile . 3. Services - Assign selected enrolled group - save ot Go to Enrolled group find and list page - Select created profile - Delete - It throws error. Noe go to configuration page - Check dependency - There it has to show it is linked with Intercompany media services. In Exclusion group,Trust Group and Firewall Configuration page , it shows the dependency record properly. Have attached snapshot. Kindly look out them. Ver: 10.5(1.98000.169)
