Description (partial)

Symptom:
"Error occurred during find. Column (tkfieldinfo) not found "

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - System - Enterprise parameter - set Max List Box Items 50-
save it
Go to Bulk Administration - Phone - Phone File Format - Create file format -Add new - It will go to Create Phone File Format Configuration page
1. click find button (Device field)- getting "Error occurred during find. Column (tkfieldinfo) not found in any table in the query (or SLV is undefined). "
2. Click find button (Line field) - it redirects to Find and list of phone page and listing all phones.

Similar issue found in below areas:
1. Bulk administration - UDP - Create file format - Add new - click on find - it redirects to find and list of phone page and shows the phones.
2. Bulk Administration - Gateway - Create file format - add new - click on find - getting error "Error occurred during find. Column (tkfieldinfo) not found in any table in the query (or SLV is undefined".
