Cisco Bug: CSCuq08615 - 'fcanalyzer' & 'ethanalyzer' command fails on some MDS platforms

Description (partial)

Users are not allowed to execute the fcanalyzer and ethanalyzer command. The following message is logged on the CLI:

  switch# fcanalyzer local interface inband brief
  Sorry, user admin is not allowed to execute '/isan/bin/tethereal -f ether[12:2] > 1500 or ether[12:2] == 0 -c 10 -i eth3' as root on switch.
  MDS_629# ethanalyzer local interface mgmt display-filter "snmp" limit-captured-frames 0
  Sorry, user admin is not allowed to execute '/isan/bin/tethereal -R snmp -V -i eth1' as root on MDS_629.


The following syslog message is logged:

  %LOCAL2-1-SYSTEM_MSG:    admin : command not allowed ; TTY=ttyS0 ; PWD=/var/sysmgr/vsh ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/isan/bin/tethereal -f ether[12:2] > 1500 or ether[12:2] == 0 -c 10 -i eth3 - sudo

  %LOCAL2-1-SYSTEM_MSG:    admin : command not allowed ; TTY=pts/3 ; PWD=/var/sysmgr/vsh ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/isan/bin/tethereal -R snmp -V -i eth1 - sud
