Description (partial)

Symptom:
"User is not authorized to access this page"

Conditions:
Go to User Management - User Settings - Role - Add new -"Application -Cisco call manager administration" - Next -ENter name - Select read and update checkbox for the below things
1. Bulk UDP Template
2. Bulk Phone Template - save it

Go to User management - user settings - Access control group - add new - enter name - Save - Then click go to find and list page in the right side corner - Enter created Access control group name in the serch box - then click find - Now click the icon under Role - It will redirect to Access Control Group Configuration page - click Role assign to group - Select created Role profile - add selected - Save it.

Go to user management- end user - Enter user id , password , Last name - then save it - Go to Permissions Information in the same page - Click Add to access control group- then select following access:
1. Standard CCM Admin Users
2. created Access group - save it - log out

Now login with Created end user id and password.
Go to Bulk administration - Phone - Phone Template - click on any existing phone template or copy or super copy- Throwing error "User is not authorized to access this page"
Go to Bulk administrtaion - udp or phone template - Add new - enter necessary parameters - click save - then click Line [1] - Add a new DN - enter line template name - save it
Now select configure xxxxx from drop down list in the right corner drop down list - click go. Throwing error "User is not authorized to access this page"
