Description (partial)

Symptom:
When sending an 89xx phone a CiscoIPPhoneExecute command a URL that contains small case "n", " hhnxx" or "llnxx", the phone completely locks up and must be power-cycled to recover.

A ping command to the Phone IP address returns response but the device is unresponsive - both physically and through CUCM Admin UI. Phone reset through the UI gets no response. Hard reset on the phone is necessary.

Conditions:
The URL that contains specific characters like small case "n", " hhnxx" or "llnxx". Upper case "N" does not seem to create a problem.
