Symptom: 1. 'Reason for transfer' window does not pre-populated with the created transfer codes. 2. 'Transfer' button is shown as disabled on the transfer window so agent is not able to transfer the chat activity Conditions: If 'Reason for chat transfer' is set to 'Required' in department setting
