Description (partial)

The 3700 access points do not support the auto-install feature that other access points such as the 1252s. While the 3700s do request DHCP option 150 (TFTP server), they do not request a boot file (option 67), and therefore does not download a config when booted in factory default mode.

This occurs when booting a 3700 access point in factory default mode.
