Symptom: EIM install does not write a install log when installing the web server component. Conditions: 1. Separate EIM Web Server installation. 2. Customer was using a single combo server for the rest of the EIM components installation and the install log file was successfully written on that server.. 3. However, when the web server is being installed on a separate server and it does not install properly there is no log to verify what the issue was. 4. This gave very limited to no ability to troubleshoot other then to rebuild again.
