On CUCM 10.5.1.10000-7 when we try to exert Specific phone details using a custom phone file format it fails. The job processing completes but the there is no status available and the file does not get created. As a result we are unable to add speed dials or extra lines when we have to. We can only manipulate the default data. Symptom: On CUCM 10.5.1.10000-7 when we try to exert Specific phone details using a custom phone file format it fails.
