Finesse document should describe that Finesse doesn't show Wrap-Up time after the call has been transferred out.

The call is transferred out by the agent.

You are unable to enter a wrap up code only if no automatic wrapup time is configured ? if automatic wrapup time is configured i can do so after the call ended
