Description (partial)

Configuring a persistent L2 ACL on N7K with a Python onePK app by setting lifetime to 1 for persistence, is currently allowed and works. But true persistent support for ACLs does not yet exist on N7K.

So the N7K shim needs to check if lifetime is set to persistent, and if it is, to reject the create L2 ACL request.
