Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When the spanning tree cost for the primary VLAN is changed, the new cost is applied to the second VLAN as well. However, after a reload, the spanning tree cost for the secondary VLAN displays the default cost and not the changed cost. Conditions: The problem is seen on Cisco Catalyst 4500-E switches, with spanning tree configured with private VLANs.
