Description (partial)

Symptom:
- CRCs / input errors are happening when NEW Fujitsu BIOS is in use "V6.00 Release R1.02"
- During booting link to the device flaps 3 times
- First link up state is for 10 Mbit/s
- Second link up state is for 1000 Mbit/s
- Third link up state is for 1000 Mbit/s
- CRC and input errors are incrementing between First and Second interface flap
- Issie observed only on 3750X, not present on 3750v2 or 3750G
- Problem present on multiple IOS versions - for 100% on 15.0(2)SE6 and 15.2(1)E1
