Description (partial)
Symptom: Standby TNC card reports "PROV.DB" not found or permission problem. Conditions: 1. Delete USB provisioning database. 2. Reset both active and standby controllers 3. Verify active controller comes up as active and sync with USB database. 4. when standby controller is up and it should sync with active controller provisioning database by overwriting existing prov.DB. 5) Standby controller not sync with active controller and reporting PROV.DB not found or permission problem
