Symptom:
List of Apostrophe issue

Conditions:
Go to ccmadmin - System
1. Application server - Add New - select any Application server type - Next - Add Apostrophe at the end in the URL resulting "Unmapped Exception For input string: "5'"

Go to User management
1. Application user or End user - Create a user - save it - then click Edit credential - add Apostrophe in userid=x'&type=x' - then ckick enter -resulting "Unmapped Exception For input string"
2.User setting - Credential Policy Default - Click on any policy - add Apostrophe at the url end resulting "Unmapped Exception For input string"
