Symptom: When we prefix the phone number on AD the number doesn't get updated on Jabber after 24 hours or even when view profile is selected. Eg:- on AD userA has phone number 1000 on jabber the number for user A is displayed as 1000 On AD add prefix to user A's number . So now User A number is +751000 On jabber number still is displayed as 1000. Click on view profile the number doesn't change. Conditions: All versions of Jabber.
