Symptom: quit unexpectedly Call preserved fail when reset device during hold call Conditions: Steps: - Register all services under corp WiFi - Jabber1:place audio call to JabberB>after call connected>verify 2 ways audio - Jabber1 hold call> - log in Cisco Unified Communication Manager>reset Jabber1>see result1 - Wait for 15 seconds>see result2 Expected: Result1:Verify our app should go to call preservation, no error or crash occur Result2: 2 ways' audio call should resume Actual result: App quits unexpectedly.
