Description (partial)

Symptom:
Distinctive Ring feature does not work properly on CP-8831. There is no difference of ringing tone between incoming on-net and off-net calls for non-wideband ringtones.

[Expected behavior]
- Non-wideband ringtones
Internal: on 1000 ms, off 3000 ms
External: on 400 ms, off 200 ms, on 400 ms, off 3000 ms

- Wideband ringtones
Internal: on 5s, off 2s (if ringtone is shorter than 5s, then play entire ringtone)
External: on for ringtone length, off 1s

Conditions:
This issue is observed on CP-8831 conference phone. Non-wideband ringtone is added in Ringlist-wb.xml.
