Description (partial)

Symptom:
Agent is routed a call that is rejected because agent is busy.

Conditions:
CCE agent in wrap-up (WORK READY) state places a call.
PG clears the wrap-up call before going to talking state.
Another task is sent to the agent, but it is rejected because agent busy placing a call.
