Description (partial)

Symptom:
In case the connection was disconnected by server, and client start to resume, if SASL token is invalid, we should request new token, but in cloud SSO mode there is an issue where actually we do not request it. So the resume would fail. After that, loginmgr reconnection came and succeeded

Conditions:
J4W 9.7.x in cloud SSO mode
