Symptom:
If you try to do a normal transfer to a number that is unreachable, UI gets out of state and does not show the held call you end up with after the transfer failed. It is not possible in any way to resume the call you have on hold.

Conditions:
Trying to transfer to an unreachable number or a number that is not in use.
