Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CUAC 10.X when consult transfer is done by the operator the calling party is in held state. The operator then cancels the transfer or the transferred party ends the call, the calling party goes to talking state. Need an option to keep the calling party to be on hold like in IP phones.
