Symptom:

< EIM Agent unable to sort the queue's by name in the transfer window.
< We use the CIM 'Transfer' button to transfer an activity from one queue to another.
< There are 100+ queues.
< 
< The agents select an activity >> click on 'Transfer' button >> select the 'Queue' option.
< All the Queues show in the box below, but they are not Sorted.
< The agents find it very difficult to scroll through to find the correct Queue. 
< Click on the Name to SORT it Ascending or Descending alphabetically does not work. 
< Please see the screen-shot:

< 2 - SORT by name as Ascending
