Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CUCDM 10.x Drop 22, when you create a CPE device at Site hierarchy, for credentials, if you select SNMP_v2 (or v1) type, the User ID field shows up. This should not happen.

Correct behavior: the User ID field should be hidden if SNMP_v2 (or v1) type is selected. Only Password (Community String) field should show up.

This bug only happens to CPE. It's not observed when add CUCM/CUCxn/CUP.
