Description (partial)

Symptom: Cisco TelePresence ISDN gateway 3241 or 8321 versions 2.2(1.79), 2.2(1.92) and 2.2(1.94) cannot handle an incoming H.323 SETUP message where NFAS interface is 'implicitly defined' in the channel identification information element.
Condition: 
- ISDN gateway 3241 or 8321 running versions 2.2(1.79), 2.2(1.92) or 2.2(1.94) with PRIs using NFAS. 
- The channel identification information element in the H.323 SETUP message from provider has 'implicitly defined'
(Information Element: Channel Identification; Octet:3/Field: Interface identifier present/bit:7/value:0 (interface implicitly defined (interface which includes the D-Channel carrying this IE is indicated)
